Seaside MB at Grande Shores Resort seeks a Front Desk Guest Services Manager to lead the Guest Services team and ensure a consistent, exceptional guest experience while smoothing daily operations. You will oversee Front Desk, Bell Services, PBX, and guest-facing operations, coordinate with all resort departments, and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel, resort, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
