White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, register reservations, and manage check-ins/check-outs with a guest-first mindset. You will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and contribute to a positive first impression across hotel properties in Austin, TX.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to support the hospitality experience. Prior front desk exposure is helpful but not required, as training is provided.

Formación

• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS procedures is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Manage reservations and registrations to ensure accuracy.
