Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; hospitality experience a plus.
• Excellent English communication; friendly, patient and diplomatic.
• Strong math and cash handling; accurate accounting and balance skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process registrations, assign rooms, and code keys and coupons.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; handle cash and balance the house bank.
• Answer phones and relay messages; assist guest with information.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
