You will assist guests with reservations, upsell hotel services, maintain privacy, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent written/verbal communication mandatory.
• Strong guest service orientation and empathy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and sincere welcome.
• Check in/check out guests and manage reservations with 100% accuracy.
• Issue keys and protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities and services.
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-promotions of hotel outlets.
• Create reservations for desk or after-hours calls.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate when needed.
