Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Guest Services Aide for Hampton Inn & Suites. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and information requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

High School diploma or GED is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in reading/writing English and basic math for billing.
Ability to work with guests, colleagues and management tactfully.

Responsibilities

Make reservations for guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
Record wake-up calls and input information into PBX/phone systems.
Assist guests with billing queries and finding meeting spaces.
Provide directions to amenities and local attractions; relay meeting details.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to meet guest requests promptly.
Support Sales/Events teams with group information and banquet billing as needed.
