Responsibilities

• Some of the responsibilities of the Guest Services Representative are:
• Welcoming Guests: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Providing Information: Offering details about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handling Reservations: Managing bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintaining a Professional Atmosphere: Ensuring the front desk and lobby area remain clean, organized, and inviting!

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate effectively among the Front Desk department, as well as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of everyday business. Prior hotel experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person! Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook and/or rules implemented by property management. Reliable transportation is a must, and weekend availability is as well. Willingness to cross-train into other departments to help keep our guests happy! Knowledge of the area, local attractions, and events is ideal. Punctuality and reliable attendance for your shifts are crucial.

Compensation

$17 - $18 hourly
