Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and provide hotel information.
• Balance revenue and expenses as part of daily paperwork.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams.
• Handle cash drawer and conduct transactions for gifts, pharmacy items, etc.
