Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the first and last point of contact for guests at our Florida property. You will check in/out guests, answer phones, and handle guest requests with a smile and professionalism.

• Posting charges to guest accounts.
• Following daily checklists and standard procedures.
• Communicating information across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring guest needs are met throughout the stay.
