Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Representative/Front Desk at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Orlando. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out via the property management system, and handle reservations with a focus on a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

The role requires customer service experience and basic computer skills (PMS, intranet, Word, Excel). Afternoon shifts 3pm–11pm; weekend and holiday coverage; on-site location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Hilton brand knowledge is ideal.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, property management system, Word and Excel is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and completing check-in/out through the property management system.
• Handling cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identifying guest needs and providing information on hotel services to create an accommodating environment.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers and inputting information into the hotel management system; update/cancel as needed.
• Must dress in professional attire.
• Typical Schedule: Afternoon Shift 3pm to 11pm with weekend/holiday flexibility; training for other shifts.
