Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the Comfort Suites near Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL. The role supports front desk operations, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

The position requires weekend availability and basic computer skills; prior hotel experience is a plus, with Full Time hours across two shifts (7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm).

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word/Excel.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify the needs of each guest and provide information on hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment.
• Take reservations from incoming callers and input all information into the hotel management system; update/cancel reservations as requested.
• Weekend availability needed.

Comfort Suites-Near Universal Orlando Resort-5617 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. We are currently looking for a Guest Services Representatives to join our Front Desk Team! Our Comfort Suites® Near Universal Orlando Resort offers 101 cozy guest suites with 25% more space than a traditional hotel room. Our suites are the perfect place to relax and spread out after a busy day on the go. Our convenient location is in the center of it all, giving guests easy access to all the top attractions, including SeaWorld, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Aquatica. A daily complimentary breakfast is offered to all guests. The Comfort Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

This a dual position Full Time - Two shifts - 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm shift

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Weekend Availability needed
