Buffalo Lodging Associates in Orlando, FL seeks a Full-Time Guest Service Representative to join the Front Desk team at Homewood Suites near Universal Studios. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations, and provide information on hotel services with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Typical shifts are 7:00AM–3:00PM, 1:00PM–9:00PM, or 3:00PM–11:00PM, with weekend and holiday availability. Prior hotel experience and computer skills (PMS, WORD, EXCEL) are preferred.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in hotel setting preferred.
Knowledge of Hilton brand is a plus.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system, collecting and storing pertinent information.
Handle cash, credit card information and hotel goods.
Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services and amenities to ensure a welcoming environment.
Take reservations from callers and input details into the hotel management system; update/cancel as requested.
Dress in professional attire.
