Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates' Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando-Nearest Universal Studios is seeking a Full Time Guest Service Representative to join the Front Desk team. You will greet guests, handle check-in and check-out through the property management system, and take reservations while delivering outstanding service.

Must wear professional attire and be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Hilton brand knowledge is ideal.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guests' needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations from callers and input/update information in the hotel management system.
• Dress in professional attire.
• Typical schedule: Morning 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Mid shifts 1:00 PM–9:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; must be flexible for weekends and holidays.
