Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Block rooms, check in guests, and assign rooms with accuracy.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Submit housekeeping and maintenance requests as needed.
• Assist with other front office duties during high volume.
