Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• Knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and personal recognition.
• Answer the phone within three rings and route inquiries.
• Handle cash and balance bank at shift start and end.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Protect guest data and follow privacy procedures.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and VIP escort as needed.
