• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition and assist with check-in/check-out
• Answer phones promptly and route questions appropriately
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Handle guest PPI data securely and follow procedures
• Assist with lobby activation and guest services as needed
• Process cash handling and balance bank at shift start/end
