Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists daily and prepares welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and direct questions or transfers
• Handle cash with proper cash handling procedures and report cash discrepancies
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PPI data and follow privacy procedures
• Obtain necessary IDs and payment methods at check-in/check-out
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
