Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for our Boston Westwood property. The role focuses on top-tier guest service, efficient front desk operations, and accurate handling of guest payments and data.

The position is part-time at CY Boston Westwood and includes a range of guest-facing responsibilities and daily tasks. Experience in front desk operations is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Front Desk Operations
• Basic computer skills for daily front desk tasks
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition and warmth
• Manage welcome amenities and arrival lists
• Assist VIPs with check-in and escort to rooms
• Answer calls promptly and transfer inquiries as needed
• Maintain cash handling procedures and cash drops reporting
• Keep front desk organized and welcoming
• Support lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PII data per procedures
• Follow check-in/out procedures and collect IDs and payment
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform miscellaneous duties to meet business objectives
