Bluewater is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our store teams. You’ll greet guests, assist with purchases, maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, and support daily storefront operations.

This role is ideal for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and working in a fast-paced setting. We provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities to advance within Bluewater, with full-time or part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Background check required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Operate a cash register and handle payments.
• Count back change and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Address customer questions professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and service areas.
• Prepare coffee and maintain beverage equipment.
• Clean counters, restrooms, floors, and related areas.
• Assist with meeting mystery shop and customer service standards.
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.
