Job summary

The Wave at Marblehead is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.

You will handle reservations, maintain accurate cash handling, and coordinate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. This hourly role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a team-oriented approach to uphold the property’s hospitality standards. Experience in hospitality is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Accountable for assigned cash drawer and cash balances (make correct change).
• Answer and transfer calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservations process, deposits, and confirmations; stay informed on rates and inventory.
• Process emails and requests related to reservations in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, features, locations, and rates.
