Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and respond to requests in a professional manner.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out, including verifying reservations and assigning rooms.
• Process payments by authorizing credit cards or collecting cash for the duration of stay.
• Provide directions and general information about the resort, amenities, and local area.
• Handle guest communications including phone calls, messages, mail, and packages.
• Assist guests with concierge-style services such as dining, entertainment, and travel recommendations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update account information in the system.
• Post charges, prepare guest bills, and securely collect payments.
• Make and modify reservations, confirming availability and guest preferences.
• Coordinate lost and found items with housekeeping and maintain proper documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
