Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs promptly.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Process payments and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Handle billing and make change as needed.
• Use PMS system for messaging and check-ins/outs.
• Respond to guest requests quickly and resolve complaints.
• Secure valuables when needed and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Support in breakfast area or with luggage during busy periods.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
