Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest PPI data according to procedures.
• Assist with lobby activation and other duties as needed.
