Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team in Palm Springs. The role focuses on greeting guests, personal recognition, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year in Front Desk operations, solid knowledge of hotel workflows, and strong communication skills to assist guests, VIPs, and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists with welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Handle cash with proper cash handling procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data and follow privacy procedures.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and collect identification and form of payment as required.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
