You’ll promote ESA value, answer phones, and resolve guest requests while following safety and security guidelines. Strong English communication, experience with a property management system, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience
• Proficient operation of property management system technology
• Ability to understand safety rules and operating manuals
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence
• Basic math skills for cash handling and balancing

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures
• Maintain front desk area and breakfast setup
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger accounts
• Promote ESA value to inquiries and convert to reservations
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues
• Provide reasonable accommodations to guests when possible
