Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and service guests in line with brand and sustainability standards. You will handle payments, reservations and guest requests with a focus on satisfaction and smooth front desk operations.

The role may require working varied shifts, including holidays and weekends, with opportunities for growth into supervisory tracks within the Front Office. Previous guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and registration.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Compute bills, process payments and make change.
• Make and confirm reservations using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and resolve issues.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
