Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Some college or training in hospitality industry.
• Previous experience as Front Desk Agent was preferred.
• Previous cashiering experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in other languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process all payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
• Promote positive guest relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages, and operations.
• Handle guest requests, reservations, and room assignments accurately.
• Maintain bank, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Adhere to grooming standards and departmental policies.
