Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Guest Services Representative at the Memphis location. You will assist guests, handle phone inquiries, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company policies.

The role requires effective communication in English, experience with front desk operations, and adherence to safety and security guidelines across all guest areas. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient English communication for guest, associate and vendor interactions.
• Familiarity with safety rules, procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and enforce safety procedures.
• Process reservations and maintain accurate guest information and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, lobby, and guest areas.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote ESA offerings to guests.
