Entertimeonline is seeking a Guest Service Representative (Front Desk) to warmly welcome guests from arrival through departure and ensure smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

As the first point of contact, you will handle check-ins/outs, answer calls, assist with reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance. Morning, evening, and overnight shifts are available in Sacramento; training is provided, no hotel experience required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management systems.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
• No hotel experience required — training provided for the right candidate.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer phones and assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
• Follow Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and operational procedures
