Memphis RiverLine Hotel in downtown Memphis seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival experience.

You will handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, assist with local recommendations, and coordinate with departments to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires cash handling, strong communication, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficient with hotel PMS and computer systems.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
