Job summary

HRI Hospitality in downtown Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and respond to requests to ensure a smooth stay. You will coordinate with housekeeping, manage reservations, and help guests navigate the property’s amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
