Bentley Legacy Group is seeking Front Desk Agents to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and provide outstanding service during their stay. You will operate the front desk, assist with reservations, and answer inquiries about facilities and local attractions.

The role requires a high school diploma, fluency in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, handling check-ins/outs, and coordinating with housekeeping

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing and able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work with little or no supervision.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and solve problems.
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades
