Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and local area information.
• Upsell hotel services and participate in loyalty programs.
• Answer phones and assist guests promptly and professionally.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Complete start/end-of-shift tasks and update guest profiles.
