Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and provide information or transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank with accuracy and report cash over/shortage.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow data handling procedures.
• Obtain necessary identification documents and payment upon arrival.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
