Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hotel front desk experience is preferred.

• English speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures daily.
• Facilitate guest departures and close accounts.
• Handle cash, receipts, and guest charges accurately.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations via in-person and phone.
• Communicate hotel rates and available services to guests.
• Maintain guest relations and up-to-date information.
• Operate PBX and manage wake-up calls as needed.
• Support other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
