Job summary

DKN HOTEL GROUP in Capistrano Beach, CA seeks an entry-level Part Time Front Desk Associate. You will greet guests, complete check-ins, and maintain a welcoming lobby, delivering the “Home Away From Home” experience.

Ideal candidates have strong English, customer service, and basic computer skills; two years of front desk experience preferred. Salary is $17.50–$18.00 hourly for graveyard shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and procedures.
• English speaking and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures daily.
• Handle check-out, balance cash, and finalize guest accounts.
• Provide personalized service and manage reservations per guidelines.
• Operate PBX, answer calls, and set wake-up calls for guests.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
