Qualifications

• Self-motivated Front Desk Clerk with strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide information.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer telephone and handle guest requests.
• Post charges, compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Monitor room availability and block rooms.
• Program wake-up calls and handle guest mail/messages.
• Perform check-out services and cash drops.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and order.
