Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in
• Answer calls within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer
• Count and manage bank; report cash over/shorts to management
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PII according to procedures
• Handle check-in/check-out with required IDs and payment
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives
