Schulte Hospitality Group in Anaheim is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team. You will greet guests, coordinate arrivals, and ensure a warm, efficient front desk experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and assembles welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check in prior to arrival.
• Answer the phone promptly with a smile and assist or transfer.
• Maintain cash handling, including cash drops and balancing.
• Keep front desk clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data per procedures.
• Adhere to check-in/out procedures and collect IDs and payment.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
