Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in California is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and deliver warm, attentive service at the front desk.

The full-time role pays $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with daily pay options, health and life insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and room to grow within our portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year front desk experience, strong communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition
• Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer phones within three rings with a smile
• Handle cash and bank procedures at shift start/end; report cash variances
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Handle guest PII data with proper procedures
• Adhere to check-in/check-out procedures and gather必要 IDs and payment methods
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned
