Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact and set a positive tone for every customer interaction. The role focuses on greeting customers, directing them to the right teams, and handling front desk duties with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong initiative with leadership abilities and charge-taking.
• Reliable team player with strong responsibility and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers and set a positive tone.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s).
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in our CRM.
• Assist customers with any questions at the reception desk.
• Other duties as assigned as appropriate and necessary.
