Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, accompany to rooms, and manage luggage.
• Assist preregistration of rooms for reservations.
• Issue and close safe deposit boxes used by guests.
• Handle hotel emergencies and safety procedures.
• Perform night audit duties and complete the overnight checklist.
• Provide local recommendations and assist with tickets, dining, and transportation.
• Post charges and verify payments to guest accounts.
• Maintain accurate cash handling.
• Use hotel computer systems and phones effectively.
• Support other departments as a strong team player.
