Job summary

Jobs2Web is seeking a Customer Experience Agent for Fashion Island Hotel in Newport Beach, CA. You will greet guests, check them in, escort them to rooms and handle luggage, while acting as a concierge to fulfill special requests and guide guests on local happenings.

You will also assist preregistration, manage safes, handle emergencies, and perform night audit tasks. Knowledge of hotel systems and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of customer service experience with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Be a strong team player and collaborate with management and staff.
• Respond to hotel emergencies according to standards.
• Second language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, accompany to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Act as concierge to accommodate requests and offer local recommendations.
• Assist preregistration of rooms and manage safe deposit boxes.
• Handle emergencies and perform night audit duties per checklist.
• Provide tickets/reservations and information on local happenings.
• Process charges, verify payments and maintain accurate cash accounts.
• Operate hotel technology, phones, paging, and wake-up calls.
