Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent in Glendale, CO to ensure smooth check-in/check-out, maintain guest records, and address inquiries, payments, and reservations to achieve high guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior front desk or guest service experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with property management systems and basic office software. Evening/weekend shifts and a starting pay of $19.29 per hour are included.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk/guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Balance cash and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and provide instructions to bell attendants.
• Review accounts and charges with guests at check-out.
• Post charges for rooms, food, and services to ledgers.
