Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and set payment methods.
• Maintain accurate room availability records in PMS.
• Process charges and collect payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Transmit guest messages via phone, chat, and email.
• Review charges with guests at checkout.
