Job summary

La Quinta Inn & Suites Kokomo is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to hotel guests. You will assist with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, and process payments while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room availability.

Strong communication and computer skills are essential. The role emphasizes welcoming guests, answering inquiries by phone, email, or in person, and maintaining high standards of health and quality while delivering a positive guest

Qualifications

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
Computer literacy.
Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
Able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities
