Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team. You will be the face of the property, delivering outstanding customer service during check-in, stay, and check-out, while maintaining a welcoming professional atmosphere.

You will handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This full-time, hourly role requires flexibility across shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21+ for alcohol sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and manage efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, availability, and promotions.
• Promote loyalty programs and process payments accurately.
