Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Residence Inn Cleveland Independence in Independence, OH. You will be the first impression for guests, handling check-in/check-out, questions, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer questions regarding the local area and facilities and provide directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including transferring calls, taking messages and making reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges on guest receipts.
