The Westin Cleveland Downtown is seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, register arrivals, and assist with information while upholding Marriott brand standards.

You will manage guest requests, process payments, code keys, and help create memorable stays with a personal touch. This on-site role offers first and second shifts, $18–$19 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience in front desk operations and guest services.
• Ability to handle payments, check-ins/outs, and basic inquiries.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
