Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins, and provide attentive service. You will remain calm and courteous, addressing guest needs and communicating with other departments to ensure a smooth stay.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience, a high school diploma, and solid computer and math skills. Shifts include early morning and evening hours in Savannah, GA.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a front desk or in a similar role.
• Experience working at a hotel establishment is highly desired.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math skills.
• Ability to input and access information in PMS and/or POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Handle all guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments (special requests, amenities).
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, promotions, and daily activity.
