Hilton Sandestin Beach is seeking an energetic front desk Associate to assist with check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm welcome and accurate handling of guest information. You will promote hotel programs, assist with reservations, and help guests navigate the property with a friendly and efficient approach.

The role emphasizes excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting a team of hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required. Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and completes registration/check-in, including room rate confirmation and key coding.
• Handles check-out, processes payments, and records forms of payment.
• Prepares guest packets for bookings and updates reservations with relevant messages.
• Completes daily checklists and keeps hotel knowledge up to date for guests.
• Uses upselling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Acts on guest inquiries and resolves issues promptly to maintain Stay Experience scores.
